1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information PullBattle ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

PullBattle is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the account and associated data.

2. Information we collect

• Account info: your email (verified via one-time code), chosen username, and an auto-assigned or uploaded profile picture.
• Wallet & on-chain data: your connected/embedded wallet address and the public blockchain transactions you make through the Service (pack entries, battle entries, deposits, withdrawals, buybacks). Blockchain data is public by nature.
• Activity: pack opens, battle and party participation, points, referrals, and leaderboard standing.
• Optional connections: if you connect X (Twitter), we receive your public X handle and avatar.
• Technical data: basic device, browser, and log information needed to operate and secure the Service.

We do not take custody of your card-grading data and we do not collect more than we need to run the Service.

3. How we use your information

• to create and operate your account and process pulls, battles, payments, shipping, and buybacks;
• to run provably-fair randomness, leaderboards, points, and referrals;
• to display your username and avatar to other users (e.g. in battles and the leaderboard);
• to prevent fraud, abuse, and underage use, and to enforce our Terms;
• to comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with infrastructure and authentication providers (for example, our wallet/auth and database providers), fulfillment partners to ship physical cards, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Some information is inherently public: your username, avatar, leaderboard rank, and on-chain transactions can be seen by others.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes. On-chain records cannot be deleted because they live on a public blockchain.

6. Your choices and rights

• you can update your username and profile picture, and disconnect X, in your profile;
• you can request access to or deletion of your account data, subject to records we must keep by law;
• depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, portability, or objection) under your local privacy laws.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your own login credentials and wallet keys.

8. International users

The Service may be operated from, and your information processed in, countries other than where you live, which may have different data-protection laws. By using the Service you consent to this processing.
