Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 June 2026
Please read these Terms carefully before using PullBattle. They cover who can use the Service, how pack pulls work, your rights to the cards you pull, and the limits of our responsibility.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PullBattle ("PullBattle", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the PullBattle website and services (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use PullBattle. The Service is strictly for adults. By using it you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
We may require identity or age verification at any time and may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is operated by a person under the required age. You may not let a minor use your account.
3. What PullBattle is
PullBattle is a digital pack-opening ("pull") platform for real, third-party graded trading cards. When you open a pack you receive a randomized card from that pack’s published pool, at the published odds. Outcomes are determined by chance.
Each pack shows its full card pool and the odds for each tier before you open it. Randomness is produced by a verifiable random function (VRF); the result of any pull can be independently checked ("provably fair"). Nothing about an individual outcome is predetermined by us in your favor or against you.
PullBattle also offers head-to-head and group game modes ("Battles" and "Party") in which multiple players open packs and outcomes are compared. The same provably-fair mechanics apply.
4. Your responsibility for local laws
You are solely responsible for determining whether opening randomized digital trading-card packs is legal where you live and for complying with all laws that apply to you. Access from a jurisdiction where the Service or any feature is prohibited is at your own risk and is not permitted.
We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. We may restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions, but the absence of a block does not mean the Service is lawful for you. If using the Service would violate the law that applies to you, you must not use it.
5. Your card: keep it, ship it, or sell it back
Any card you pull is yours. You always have the right to take physical delivery of the actual graded card. You are never required to sell it back to us, and a buyback is only ever offered as an optional convenience that you may decline.
- Keep & ship: request the physical graded card be shipped to you. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for any duties, taxes, or import fees that apply in your country.
- Instant sell-back (optional): if you prefer not to take the card, you may accept our optional buyback at the displayed price. This is entirely your choice.
- Hold: you may keep the card in your account custody until you decide.
Shipping timelines, carriers, and availability may vary and can depend on our fulfillment partners. Risk of loss for shipped items transfers on delivery to the carrier unless your local law requires otherwise. We are not the manufacturer or grader of the cards.
6. Accounts and wallets
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any connected wallet. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials, lost keys, or wallet software you control.
One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Providing false information, or using the Service on behalf of a banned user, is prohibited.
7. Payments, funds, and blockchain transactions
Pack entries and battle entries are paid in USDC from your PullBattle wallet. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for the accuracy of any address you withdraw to; transfers to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
Prices are shown before you confirm. All amounts are exclusive of any taxes you may owe. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Service.
8. No financial or investment advice
Collectible cards and digital assets carry risk and their value can go up or down. Nothing on PullBattle is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Opening packs involves chance and you may receive a card worth less than what you paid. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to manipulate pulls, battles, odds, or points;
- attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer for abuse, or disrupt the Service or its provably-fair mechanics;
- launder money, use proceeds of crime, or use the Service for any illegal purpose;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content in any user field;
- circumvent geographic, age, or account restrictions.
10. Intellectual property and third-party marks
PullBattle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or any card grading company. All trademarks, card names, and character names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the physical collectibles available through the Service. The PullBattle name, brand, and software are ours; you may not copy or misuse them.
11. Service "as is" and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullBattle and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or assets. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at PullBattle’s principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@pullbattle.com.
